I am a recent college and I thought this company best suited my desire to fulfill a long lasting career. After I submitted the application I waited roughly 8 days for the application to go through. Afterwards, I took a personality test, skills test, and a phone interview. I thought I did exceptionally well on all these obstacles in the way of getting the job. I just received an email stating I was NOT selected for the Leadership Program. However, I applied to both the Leadership Program and Auto Damage Trainee. My question is am I not being considered for BOTH positions? It's not stated in the email; only the LEADERSHIP Program. I just want to know if I should pursue other jobs. I contacted both recruiters who I previously spoke with and left messages... but nothing. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks and best of luck to all you in finding your job.
