I applied online, then schedule a phone interview with HR. Interviewed at a Geico office a month later, when I got home from college. I first took an hour long personality/math pattern test. After waiting for 20 minutes the HR rep told me I did not pass the test, and could not continue with the interview. This process was overall negative, as I wished I took the test beforehand so my time was not wasted.
Very tedious and took a long time. Some parts easier than others. The phone interview was the longest and most difficult. The in person interview was much easier and enjoyable.

Colloquio
There are 3 interview. The first one is a phone interview, mostly standard interview questions. If you get the next round, you will have to complete 2 assessment and then you’ll get to proceed to the 2nd round. The 2nd round is mostly critical thinking and role playing.

Tell me more about your experience? Why do you choose this position and what are you looking for?
The process was pretty good, I applied and within a week I had gotten a call for an interview. The interview was fairly well. I was asked why I wanted to take part in the program.
