I applied online, then got an email asking for a phone interview. The phone interview took about an hour and they asked me very basic behavioral questions. They were very distressed that I was an Applied Math and Stats major because they didn't think that was appropriate for management for some reason. They asked a lot of questions like what other jobs am I applying to, why did I apply to this, why aren't I going into statistics, why do I think stats will help me in management, etc.
A lot of steps which included multiple phone interviews and an in person interview that involved role playing. Checked out my ability to prioritize by looking at a route map and planning a day, and negotiate. There were 4 other people in the room to interview me.

First interview with recruiter, phone review with another recruiter, and then last interview with director. Total of 3 screenings. Overall, customer service questions and how you responded or dealt with a particular situation.

I did so horribly on my interview. A couple of months later I got an email from the recruiter who conducted my email asking to apply for the job. So, it wasn't horrible enough to be remembered.
