They have you sign an NDA that you will not discuss the interview process with anyone. Therefore, my details will be limited.
The interview process with Geico is excessive and unnecessary. After each section of the interview, they will let you know that you passed and can move on to the next phase of the interview. Be prepared to have a lot of time to commit to this interview process.
My interview was 6 1/2 hours long, and this appeared to be the common length of their interviews. They do give you the opportunity to stop, take a break, come back another day, etc, so it does not have to be done all in one day.
I was told I would receive a call in 3-4 days, and got a rejection email thanking me for my time the next day.

It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
