First was the phone interview where they asked basic questions: Why are you leaving your current job? How many times in a year did you call out without a 24 hour notice? They then scheduled me for the 2nd phase of the hiring process which was the computer based test. Its hard but they tell you over and over that its suppose to be. They check for typing speed and accuracy as well as how fast and accurate you can listen to fake calls and type the info in the required fields. 3rd phase is if you pass the computer test which is the face to face interview. They ask the typical interview questions. My interviewer was especially tough. After that they give you paperwork and simulate calls. I signed paperwork that I would not go into detail about that part. After that, the interviewer tells you how you did and more interview questions. THEN you come back for the next phase which is the 1 hour of shadowing and then interview with the floor manager. Then you're done (after the drug, criminal, and credit background tests)

Imagine you're working for Geico and we are promoting a faster way to pay online. I caller calls in to make a payment and as you try to explain the new and fast way to pay they immediately say they are not interested. What do you do?

It took 1 month all together from 4/16/25 to 5/13/25. Pretty lengthy process.
Step 1: 30 min behavioral-situational based assessment. The type of assessment they had me take really didn't have much to do with the actual role which was a tad bit frustrating.
Step 2: 30 minute interview. Be prepared to know your job history. The recruiter began by discussing the role, training expectations and she asked some behavioral questions. There are 2 role play scenarios. I know I did well in the interview, I was told by the recruiter she would endorse me to the hiring manager however on 5/13/25, I received a rejection letter 2 weeks after the interview (after being told it would take only 1-3 business days to hear back) which is disappointing considering I was qualified and I interviewed well.

Discussed work history....Why did you leave your previous role? Describe your day-to-day tasks? What is your level of interest in this role?
Scenario- As a metric/goal, you've had 8 out of 10 calls error free and the goal is to have 9 out of 10 calls error free. How would react to that situation?
1st role play scenario- customer is upset because their claim was delayed by a month. customer has been calling to check status of claim for a week.
2nd role play scenario- this was one was kind of unclear but it was something about an offer for Geico Express Services for a customer to get quotes for repairs, repairs done and a rental car in an all-in-one location, how would you communicate this offer availability to the customer?

The interview process was extensive to the point of being ludicrous for what the role entails. Thankfully I did not move forward with this position and am now making about TWICE the annual salary I would have made at Geico for a far less stressful job. The most laughable thing about Geico is that they want you to have a bachelor's degree to earn the salary of a middle school dropout. Love yourself. Do not use your 4 year college education to make 22 dollars an hour. I have an associates and am doing far better. Also, hair follicle tests prior to employment? That's a bit much. What a ridiculously demanding company for a pittance of a salary. I strongly feel that this is where lost people go when they don't know what to do with themselves. Again. You can do better.

I don't recall specific questions, but I do recall a ridiculously long "mock work" assessment over video chat with some recruiter watching my every move in silence. If this is how they expect people to excel, their work environment must be incredibly toxic.

Employer sent me an email requesting me to answer a WOPT. Then another email to do a situational judgment test online - easy. Then another email requesting a phone interview - 20-60mins.
