You first need to take a mult-tasking ability test on the computer which requires you to transfer stimulated customer inquiries to the appropriate departments. The test also consists of a transcribing part, which is basically a writing test. This test alone will take you about 15 mins to finish. If your score doesn't make their cut, then the interview stops there. If you pass, you get an interview with two supervisors. I did that but didn't get an offer. I think the worst part of my experience is that they tell you they'll contact you in a couple of days whether you are selected or not, but they really don't.
