Steps Step 1: assessment test Step 2 : phone interview Step 3: typing and data entry simulation test Step 4: 1 on 1 questions abour past experiences on past jobs Step 5: live phone simulation test with interviewer Step 6: shadow a current agent listening to live calls while taking notes Last step: group interview with department manager and hiring manager ( steps 3- 7(last) took about 5hrs in one day) They made me wait over a week to tell me if I had a position or not after telling me it would take a couple days.

The interview process was extremely long. I received an email to do a phone interview. I completed the phone interview and it went very well. I was then invited in to do computer testing. The test was very hard and in my opinion had nothing to do with the job I applied for. You have to be able to pay close attention to detail and move quickly through multiple systems within a short amount of time. I passed that testing and then moved on to do role playing with the recruiter in which you sit in an isolated interview. You are given a packet of papers for a fake utility repair company. You have to memorize the information within 20 minutes and be able to answer about 3 calls and show your customer service skills. I passed that portion and moved on to the second interview with the recruiter. Next I was invited back within 2 days to do the final interview with the hiring manager. I was extended an offer. I then declined the offer due to the fact that GEICO not only does background checks and a drug screen but they also do a hard credit check. So please be aware before you go through the whole interview process that if you do not have so good credit or too many collections account they will deny you.
