I applied this position online. After application was reviewed, I got an email from recruiter with a questionnaire asking some behavior questions and working authorization, like why this positions, related working experience... Then we scheduled an PMA test at 1pm. The recruiter said she will send by an excel testing model/formula building. However, I didn't receive any test from her. We scheduled at 1 pm. It's already passed and she didn't reply me email.

Colloquio
The first step is finishing an excel analytical test. The second step is a phone interview with the hiring manager. He will ask you some basic behavior question and sometimes ask technical questions involved in stats/models. The last step is going to DC to do the onsite interview which mainly focuses on behavior questions.

First round was an online test.
Second round was a phone interview.
Last one was onsite interview, everyone was really nice, there were 5 rounds interviews with different people, like analyst , actuaries, VP .
