Took a computer text fairly easy if you pay attention then met with a hr rep. Then went to shadow an adjustor met with a division manager. If they like you you will get offer on spot

What would you do if a customer asked to have their deductible waived?
Three phase process. Usually hired within the company. Sometimes they hire out for TCRI. Which is what my interview was for and I was an outside hire. You get interviewed. Then I had to sit with someone and watched. Last step was a second interview.
Miserable. They have you pretend answer calls and fake file papers. Fake deal with disgruntled customers. For like 4 hours. It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced. In the first day of training everyone laughs about how miserable it is. Do not recommend.

I interviewed for the position and could immediately tell that I was not going to get the job. I could instantly tell I was not liked. I was called the wrong name and was not given a fair opportunity.
