It was a good process overall except halted for some time due to COVID. I enjoyed the interactions with the people I interviewed with but did hear some concerning comments from participants in the program describing its sheer difficulty and overall feeling of being part of a rat race.
Submit an application online - rejected
Reached out by a recruiter on Handshake so I applied again- rejected
What a waste of my time. I won't apply to the company again.

Colloquio
The process goes application, pre examination interview, examination, post examination interview, regional interview, and finally regional officer interview. It was a lot but everyone I spoke was incredibly encouraging and nice!

Phone interview, two zoom interviews, second one about an hour or so and the final one. Very nice final interviewer, able to give another answer if they did not like the first one you gave, typical interview questions and in depth review of the program
