I applied and had to do a Caliper test and a multitasking assessment. I received an invitation to do a phone interview the next day, but I wasn’t able to schedule it online so I called and they got back to me at the time I had said I was available. I was called again to set up an interview because they thought I hadn’t already, which I thought was nice of them to do. I did the phone interview and it went really good, I immediately received a Situational Judgement Test at the end of the interview after I was told they would be moving forward with me. I was called the next day and told that due to my results with the SJT that I would do a live video interview and was given two different dates to choose from. I watched a 30 minute video prior to the live video interview and waited for 20 minutes for the interviewer to join the interview after the initial start time and it took about 30 minutes. I was informed the next day that I wasn’t selected and would have to wait 6 months to reapply. They moved pretty quick with me for the interview process, but I spent so much time interviewing and studying the videos and taking the tests that I feel like I wasted my time.
