The interview took about 6 hours in total for the 1:1. I was first asked a series of questions by a HR rep, then I was given a weird role play task. After that I spoke with another HR rep then was sent to shadow a sales rep during calls. After that I interviewed with the department manager. She explained the hours I would be working and where training is. I still didn't get the job...

It was very good! Very nice! Everyone was pleasant. Loved the experience! Would absolutely recommend to everyone near and far! Great company! People love it! They are very welcoming and accommodating!
It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
