It was a long drawn out process for a position they claim requires no experience. I went along with it only because I have been unemployed for so long but I can see how most people would just lose interest. It’s a shame because I can see them eliminating some potentially great employees due to the stupid process and expectations they place on the applicant. I was not chosen to move forward after the long process and not given an explanation as to why.

Applied... The following day I took a assessment. Then I got a phone interview.. Then I did a role play... quick note just be confident in your responses. Then I did a final interview, star questions. Then I was offered the job! I'm really happy to be apart the geico family.
