I applied on the 12th, they called me for the first assessment on the 13th. 10 minutes after I completed the assessment they called me to schedule a phone interview which was on the 16th. After I did a 30 minute phone interview they sent another assessment which took around 15 minutes to complete. Once I finished that assessment 10 minutes later they called and scheduled for a final interview that I would need to watch a 40-minute video and then a roleplay video call the next day. Once finished they sent me the offer. All in all the hiring process took around 5 days only.

There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
