First questionnaire, then test, then phone interview with another analyst, then in person interview that lasted a day with another test during the day. Overall, everyone is very nice and understanding of answers.

You're sent by HR a questionnaire after applying to the job, after completing that you take two online tests (super quick and not difficult). After that there's a phone interview, then a 5 hour interview with at least 4 different folks with an excel test during the interview (also a not difficult test if you're familiar with basic excel and data analytics).
