Horrible! This must have been the most ridiculous interview process that I have ever experienced. The typing test and computer email questions were way too excessive for a $30,000 a year call center job. They do not even give you enough time to review the instructions before testing. I should have listened to the reviews on Glassdoor before I accepted the interview....a complete waste of time.

It was pretty straightforward. They asked routine questions and got back to me in maybe three days. They didn’t drag it out. The hiring manager was really nice to speak to and I have no complaints.

It was great. Good questions. Exciting opportunities. The office was very impressive. I felt particularly challenged when given hypothetical. The office was empty for the holidays so they played a recorded call.
