It is a long process but it tests your endurance. The reviews help tremendously. There are two tests, one on one interview, role play, job shadow, and panel interview. I wasn't hired on the spot; I got a call about a couple hours afterward. So there is hope if you don't get the "Congrats" in person.
Then you move onto the background process which lasted 9 days including the weekend. (Not including the days it took for the background packet to be sent to me to have filled out). They use General Information Services as their third party background company; they were pretty accommodating when previous employers wouldn't pick up the phone (provide a W2). Overall, it shows how serious Geico is about their employees and if you're serious about getting the job and prepping for the interview, it's yours! Good luck! I start in couple weeks
