first a phone interview then an in person computer test. if you pass that then there is a sales call when you have to sell the person a car wash. Sell them the benefits of the wash and just try and get the person on the phone to buy the product and don't take no for an answer. Be prepared to be there most of the day and make sure your credit score is ok. Also a hair drug test for the past 90 days

It was pretty easy. They just asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience that jobs with customer service. I thought I would get the job but never ended up getting the job. I used to be a hairstylist and was hoping to get a career change into insurance but was told I wasn't a fit.

There was a typing test to determine wpm, then I had a sales roll play call, and finally an interview with a hiring manager. Once I finished with the hiring manger, they took me to the sales floor to talk to a supervisor.

Fairly easy, was offered the position on the spot and really enjoyed the interview process with my recruiter, they involve role playing questions as well as your standard behavioral questions
