Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and got the ball rolling. Then another one did and started the process then realized I was in the pipeline already. Many corps I have worked/interviewed for have specific recruiters to a specific rec so thought that was a little weird. Met with 3 people after submitting a requested ‘prompt’ question to review their current website experience. One person had RBF the entire discussion so certainly wouldn’t want to work with that person. The questions were pretty basic project experience examples. Then when I asked about expending offices on the list of the rec they said that’s the plan ‘eventually’. Their recs list 15 new tech hub type cities but the expectation is to work hybrid unti new offices open. The nearest is 3+ hours one way from me. Like why did you just waste my time? In addition, if you’re expanding to so many offices, that means I’ll drive in to sit at my desk on Zoom calls? How progressive of you :-)
