Completely unprofessional and I would avoid. Recruited via internal recruiter on LI, spoke with them, was given a take home assignment, then had call with hiring manager. 4 additional 1-on-1 calls with folks I would be working with. Followed up multiple times with recruiter for feedback, updates to hiring timeline and never got a response. Got the canned email from Workday saying I wasn’t selected 3 months after starting the interview process.
