The interview process was about 30 minutes, with two other people via zoom. The employees were easy-going, friendly, and were able to answer my questions. The interview process was pretty straight up, nothing too hard or serious as it was done online.

Easy, first you take a keyboard and personality test, Then you interview with a manager. After, they will send you either an offer letter or a letter advising over choosing other candidates.

A situation where I had to help someone in the workplace.
Panel interview. Simulation style interview to see how well you can handle tasks and stress. Stay calm and prioritize all of the tasks. Something will lack but it has to be insignificant.
Be prepared with examples to plug and play. May include a technical assessment.
For the interview:
Must use STAR method in responses. Be prepared to give detailed examples. Focus on the customer. Use tactical instances and tie it back to the questions asked.
