The interview process was virtual so I wa sable to complete it in the comfort of my home. Did a role play and was asked a couple questions. I did notice that online when applying it said hybrid but then it was mentioned in the interview it would depend on my department which didn’t really answer the question.

The interview process was positive. I was told about the job and pay range and I had the opportunity to ask the questions I had. I was asked to describe a time I had to show empathy to a customer and how to stay positive in the workplace when faced with difficult challenges.

The interview was quick seamless and gave a strong idea of the workload.
They didn't properly informed if they had positions available, so it leaves much to be desired. I probably wasn't what they wanted when they saw me past my resume sadly, don't waste 8 hours driving if they won't compensate.
