Crazy and all over the place. Plus they tell you that you're not allowed to talk about it after you leave. There were multiple "phases" of varying "testing". All in all just like something from a comedy script.

They asked for a hair follicle sample for drug testing and wanted to shave a golf ball sized chunk of hair off my head
Interviewed with 1 person and then had a second round with 2 people. They asked many of the same questions. They were very nice and helpful when I asked questions about the company myself.
Interview process went rather well although we had to change a few times
During the interview they were open to us asking questions and seem to answer in a sincere manner
