Short, but very difficult. I had 2 phone interviews. The first one was short and gave a simple description of the job. The second phone interview was longer and more formal with STAR based questions. Online testing assessment was fairly standard. The role play process is what got me. I didn't understand what they wanted me to do or what they were looking for. I had ZERO experience with what they were asking for the role play so I did the best I could. For a TRAINEE position, I thought it was a bit too much to expect someone to be able to do what they asked right from the bat as they say in the video that ask you to watch that would be taught all of it. I know I could do the job and excel at it, but I felt it was unfair to "audition" for the position with absolutely no way to prepare.

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
