Interviewed for a Senior EM role,
Rank bad experience with most of the interviewers excepting one.
Interviewers (supposedly in Leadership roles) were completely disrespectful, with a goal to put you in a spot & not for you to be successful.
System Design round - Interviewer had 10 different functional requirements to design an enterprise system within 45 mins
Another behavioral round, The interviewer was so rude, literally looking down upon me, hung up in 30 mins mentioning that remaining 15 mins of the scheduled 45 mins is for them to enter feedback.
It's a known news that they are trying to become a tech company in the realms of Silicon Valley big tech but hardly one from the panel displayed the professionalism of hiring experience in big tech (I can vouch for it having worked in big tech for long period in my career)
Could sense a lot of toxicity, which aligns with several other employee/interviewee feedback. Better to stay away
Standard interview process - Coding round, Hiring Manager, Leadership, People, Project Retro and SRE System design.
Most interviewers were professional, good interview experience.
Codility Whiteboard is a disaster, difficult to use.

I was reached out directly by the hiring manager to apply for a role on their team. After meeting with the manager and HR specialist, I was soon scheduled for interviews with senior managers on the team. Both interviews went well, questions were clear and the interviewer provided feedback. My biggest callout was the lack of follow up or explanation for not being selected such after two rounds of interviews. No calls or emails were ever returned in the weeks after my interviews. I do understand that there are a high number of applicants given the economic situation but ghosting applicants reflect poor professionalism and respect for the applicants time. For those considering applying for a role, I would make sure that you have contact information for all those that have interviewed you and make sure to stay on top of the assigned HR specialist.
