It is a very long, 4 hours or more process. Sometimes they bring you back to finish, but usually if youndomt make it to the manager interview you didnt get the job. There is a series of questions on the computer first, then an in depth interview with a human resources member, and then a mock phone interview for your position, to end with a hair drug test and management interview. You are also usually able to listen in with an employee on the job to experience the work.
