At the time I was hired, it was through a temp agency SMX. The process was main just a computer test to see if you had the appropriate skills for the job. I was hired the same day but It took about a month for the background check go through (I had just for from out of state so that may have something to do with the time).

They really didn't ask any questions. Just computer testing
