There was one HR round, one hiring manager round, and one round of three interviews with other group leaders. All of these interviews were done over zoom, so were done over video and moved very quickly and smoothly. Good process overall!

Several rounds of interviews were scheduled. Initial round was led by HR for screening and cultural fit purposes followed by collaborators at working level who assessed technical background and finally with management teams to deep dive into experiences and candidate fit to role. Each interview covered areas in soft skills, competency skills

Colloquio
I had a phone call first with a Recruiting Manager to discuss a particular role. I had a second call with a Manager but more of a phone interview and skill assessment. Then I went to an in-person interview with three people and received an offer a few days later. Once I got an offer, I did a background check and they checked references. I started a few weeks later. When I met a Founder the interview questions were situational-based but I also felt the interview was to get to know me as a person and not just on paper which I felt was a plus. Everyone was very professional but the interview was longer than I had expected.
