My interview was scheduled at Airoli location. First of all the people who take interviews have zero clue about what they are doing. They just mug up certain questions with some pre defined answers what they want to hear from you. My interview went on for like 2 hours, and I can confidently say that my interviewer was an idiot. It clearly appeared that he wanted to hear only those answers which he knew. If you try taking a different approach for answering the same question he would just not agree with you. Most interviewers try to trick you and confuse you with your own answer but in this case it was not at all like that. He straight away nodded his head and didn't even try to discuss the answer. They call like 50-60 people every weekend and hardly 1-2 get selected or may be 0. I don't know what they are expecting from the candidates. If you get a call from this company, do yourself a favour and just dump the interview. They will literally waste your time.
