It was professional interview level with assessment test and 2 rounds of interview. 1st round was intermediate or average difficulty where I was asked more about my roles and responsibilities in my previous organization and tested my S2C process knowledge. Whereas, during second round I was asked about detailed strategic sourcing process, RFx, auctioning, negotiation and also some scenario based question to test my decision making, critical thinking ability. Apart from this I was asked about my Excel knowledge and experience required for reporting activities and dashboard creation
Round 1- Aptitude ( pretty easy )
Round 2 - Interview level 1 ( questions that test your basic understanding of the role ]
Round 3- Interview level 2 ( Questions based on a test case )
Round 4 - interview leave 3 and HR ( questions from your resume and problem solving questions followed by HR round)
The interviewer was polite and friendly throughout the interview. As it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous, which my interviewer understood and proceeded with care. The questions asked were good and can be answered with proper preparation about the role and the company. Make sure to back up whatever you say with evidence, and don't throw out loose words or sentences.

Tell me something about yourself which is beneficial to our company which is not in your resume?
The interview almost had 3 rounds, 2 technical based on Business and the role, first round was easy. Second round was also good with more like situational + technical questions.
