I applied this position online, then their Executive Assistant/Hr Coordinator contacted me by email to fill out their employment application. The employment application wasn't a complicated form, but almost all fields were included in my resume except beginning and ending salary. Their Executive Assistant/Hr Coordinator asked me to fill out these information on the form after I provided them in email because they need complete employment application form. In the phone interview with their CFO, I was told that they only provided 2 weeks vacation/PTO overall, and they wouldn't approve all 2 weeks vacation together. The longest vacation time they will approve would be less then 1 week.
