Preliminary screening included some questions and CV and cover letter, followed by a video interview, HR phone interview and finally an interview with 2 people from the team, one recent graduate and one of the senior process engineers. The process was consistent with other internships screening timeline and HR team was very friendly.

It was not a formal interview. They asked about my background and relevant experiences. There were no technical or behavioral questions. The call was mainly to discuss more about the role and why I was interested in applying.
