Halfway through the process. Required to do the Caliper assessment as well as predictive index test. Suggest to do some prep work on the predictive index test as there is only 12 min to finish 50qn
1. Take-home test to be submitted within 7days
2. Pair programming session with two tech leads
3. Interview with Team Leads
4. Interview with HR and Senior Manager
5. HR Offer and Discussion, whether you agree or not

The interview was very clearly laid out. There were regular check ins with the HR representatives. The level of transparency was impressive. Two interviews with hiring manager. One with team member. One with hiring manager’s boss. One with hiring manager’s boss’ boss.

The interviewers were very friendly and it felt more like a chit chat session. Questions covered the nature of the job, why I was interviewing at GIC, ability to manage stakeholders, and the reasons for leaving my past postings.
