Phone interview by HR.
Face to face interview with hiring manager(s) and HR.
Online personality and aptitude tests.
Finally face to face interview with head of department and HR.
There will be background checks and clearance once letter of offer is signed.
Completed five rounds of interviews for a corporate services role. Process was very smooth and interviewers were warm and professional. Overall a pleasant process, nice people, nice office. Hiring team was very responsive too.
Smooth and fast process- not so much unnecessary steps involved in. Questions were not very hard but straightforward. HR was clear about each steps so overall the experience was very good.
