Several rounds of test and followed by an in person interview where they ask you to pitch a stock and then there is another behavioural round. In the stock pitch, you are given around 60 minutes to analyze the company before coming up with a presentation.

Tell me a situation where you had to deal with a difficult group mate
There was an assessment center then followed by 2 round of interviews with the team, then there was a fit round that was focused on whether the culture is something that works.

What are your strengths, how do you deal with conflict
The interview process consist of several rounds from assessment screening calls to interview centre, overall very manageable and responsive. Great experience interviewing there, process can be quite long from stage to stage.
Business interview with manager. Behavioural, ask about challenges faced and personality questions. Did a personality test beforehand. Easygoing and smooth interview. Ask questions and be friendly with the interview to show interest.
