Test and then one panel interview round with senior staff and HR at the company. Process took 2-3 weeks, but quick turn around between interview and offer. Overall enjoyable process.

Tell me about a time when you made a mistake. What did you learn?
The interview process consist of several rounds from assessment screening calls to interview centre, overall very manageable and responsive. Great experience interviewing there, process can be quite long from stage to stage.
Business interview with manager. Behavioural, ask about challenges faced and personality questions. Did a personality test beforehand. Easygoing and smooth interview. Ask questions and be friendly with the interview to show interest.

Going through my resume. Ask about my experiences. Role is IT based but does not require too much technical knowledge so no coding test. Normal interview behavourial questions. Explain job scope.
