It took me 4 week.The first part is telephone interview with the India HR. She is so nice.The I have a interview with a research associate and senior manager. The third part is the case study about the market search for the targeted market. It took me 2.5 hour. The final part is a interview with the senior manager, just for some common question.

why do you see GLG as the right company for you and how well you can fit into the team.
Very unprofessional company and team, I would personally never reapply or work with that company in capacity both as an applicant or client. I have nothing more to say regarding the experience.

I get the interview through agent.First they will give you a laptop write essay. Then interviewer will come to ask you question. Not very technical one , but need think carefully and answer.
