I applied online and a few days later got an email telling me I got a telephone interview. The interview itself was about 30-40 minutes and was asked plenty of questions, mostly about my background and some behavioural questions. I was told that I would get a response at the end of the week (interview was on a monday). At the end of the week, I did not receive an email. I waited another week and decided to email the recruiter to follow up on how the interview went. It has been almost a month since the interview and the recruiter has yet to answer my email. Rather appalled by the unprofessionalism of the situation, it gives a bad look to the company.

I got through first stage of the process which is a phone interview and it lasted about 40 minutes. A lot of behavioural questions`relating to what I just said. Overall good experience but I got asked for my salary expectations and had to give the number. I don´t think it is professional to ask this questions at the first stage of the interview (there are 3 stages).
