One phone interview with HR, another phone interview with 3 employees, in person interview with 3 employees. The employees I met with in person were for the most part very friendly. The phone interview process was very unorganized though. I received a call from HR that I thought was going to be to set up an interview. She started asking me questions and I had to request they call back another time, as I was in the middle of something important and could see this was turning into an actual interview even though we did not have anything scheduled. When it was time for my phone interview with employees, I received two of my three scheduled calls. I never heard anything from the third person who was supposed to interview me though. Overall, it was kind of just a mess.

The interview lasted only about 20 minutes and lacked depth. After the interview, there was no follow-up or update, which made the process feel incomplete and somewhat unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience.
