There were 3 interviews and 1 case study. First was an interview with the Team Lead, followed by the case study. The remaining 2 interviews were conducted by 2 different VPs. The questions were general, asking about yourself, your experience, with a few questions on how well you understand GLG's business model and how you can contribute/how it would be a good fit for you. The interviews thus seemed repetitive and the last two especially seemed redundant since they could have been clubbed into one interview and made the process shorter.

The interview lasted only about 20 minutes and lacked depth. After the interview, there was no follow-up or update, which made the process feel incomplete and somewhat unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience.
