I got an automated email shortly after submitting application online asking me generic questions about citizenship status, availability, income requirements, availability for a 10-15 minute interview, etc. I responded to email and answered the questions, then I got a response back and was scheduled for an interview the next day during my available times. The interview was with two Senior Associates back-to-back, 30 minutes each. The first lady was friendly but I feel she sugar coated the depth of the job, the second interviewer was a man who was also friendly but very intimidating and he gave more realistic responses to my questions (work-life balance, etc.). The second interviewer gave me a better idea of what the program was like: 6 months junior associate but overall it's a 2 year rotational program. Each interviewer had really positive responses to say to everything which I found inauthentic...they also seemed to be well versed in their responses, which would answer 3 questions in one response.

1. Two 30 minutes phone interviews with current employees 2. Case Study & phone interview reviewing the case study. 3. On-site interview in Austin Texas (4 one on one interviews with upper level employees, and lunch with senior associates) The questions will make you think, but one will do fine if they know their place in the company and the role. Even though I did not get an offer, I appreciated the fact that the interviewers seemed to really care and ask directed questions to make sure you are right fit for the job.
