Currently on the second round of interview (case study). The first round was great, HR rep from a singapore asked me a few question relating to my background, career experience, skills etc.

Job responsibility in my previous role. Career background. Current motivation in the financial industry.
HR screening, case studies with team lead, culture fit interview, then C-suite interview. People were nice case studies kinda threw me off but Expert Networking Companies are known for that. I could tell the workload would be insane. Respect for the employees.
4 step interview process along with case study and some technical tests. Huge emphasis on GLG knowledge. Fairly staight forward process. Quick as well. So all is good with the interview peocess

Clear interview process with good communciation from HR and short waiting times between interviews. Standard questions to showcase ability to perform under pressure, be solutions oriented and testing communitive abilities.
