Had 3 rounds of panel interviews after a HR screen. The hiring manager didn't even bother showing up for the interview. One of the panel interviewers showed up 20 mins late. No one seemed organized and pretty scattered all over the place. Though I had relevant telematics experience for the role, they didn't have a clear idea of how / what the future entails and kept asking vague questions. Followed up with HR for weeks on a decision and to this day, I don't have an answer. I can't believe that they wasted my time and didn't even have the courtesy to give a proper closure to the interview process.
