The 1st step was a Phone Screen approximately 15 minutes. The 2nd step was a Skype/Facetime conversation approximately 30 minutes. Finally, the last step was a Presentation style formal interview with the VP, HR manager and Hiring Manager, lasting approximately 1 hour.
