I apologize for the poor experience that you experienced. Our goal with the Predictive Index is to be sure both parties are set up for success. We try to be as transparent as possible in the actual job description so a candidate can get an idea of what is to be expected for the role. Unfortunately with us being a small business with over 500 applicants to the position - we want to create a level playing field for all applicants.
