Very positive and engaging interview process. Extremely welcoming atmosphere, energy, and excitement around the product, vision, and organization. Interview process was progressive from recruiter to hiring manager to executive leaders, to include a conversation with the founder/CEO. Unfortunately I had to decline their offer due to changes in my personal situation and it was an extremely difficult decision. When I called to regretfully decline, the hiring manager’s reaction was very kind. His first concern was for myself and my family before discussing how it would be best for everyone if I declined. That, combined with my overall interview experience, indicated to me that not only is this person a caring manager but also a leader. On top of this, I also received a very generous offer package that included good benefit plans, education reimbursement, competitive salary, stock options, and a great bonus plan.
