I had not applied, but was contacted by one of the recruiters there about an opening they had, and asking for my availability for an initial phone interview if I was interested. I replied that I was, and we scheduled for a couple of days later. The morning the call was to take place, the recruiter emailed me asking to reschedule for early the following week. That weas not a problem, and I replied back with the days and times I could be available, as well as when I could not (other interviews already scheduled. I then received an updated meeting invitation, but it was for a day and time I had said I would not be available. I replied back via email, making note of my earlier email as to when I'd be available. I didn't receive a reply to this, so the morning of the rescheduled interview, I replied again, declining, and AGAIN including a note reminding her of what I'd said was my availability. She did reply to this, asking me if I'd be able to make the interview that day. (Doesn't "Decline" pretty much answer that question?) At that point, she went radio-silent. No reply, no attempt to reschedule, nothing. Several weeks have now passed since this, and not a word.
