Because of COVID-19 all of my interviews were done via Zoom meetings. This actually made the process easier for me in that I could be at home in my office and and I wasn't as stressed. I met with individuals and teams, over the course of 2 days which was very nice to not have 8 hours of interviews in a single day.

How do you handle a situation where while in a meeting there are opposing views to a plan you just presented to the room?
