Went through the HR screening interview, then had a subsequent interview with some team members. After second interview, got email from recruiter stating job pays $15,000 under bottom of the salary range indicated in HR screening interview. Very unprofessional "bait and switch" regarding large salary drop. No company should put forward a candidate they cannot afford. This employer has poor external reviews and I wish I paid attention to them. Time wasted.
