Was insistent on me finding out what my hourly rate based on net take home was as that was my accurate hourly pay....you always go off gross as you have to pay taxes there is no escaping that so if you took a new salary based on your prior salaries net pay you would be making an even lower amount once they took taxes out of your new rate.
